Clinics within GP Practices across Leeds, West Yorkshire.

We are looking for highly skilled ACPs and/or ANPs with previous experience of working autonomously within a GP

environment to support this service in Leeds.

In this role you will confidently see, treat and discharge all patients presenting to the services with Minor Illnesses
