Advanced Diabetes Specialist Dietitian
About the Role
Job Purpose To act as lead dietitian for the dietetic management of Type 1 & 2 Diabetes and related co-morbidities To
act as lead dietician providing expertise within the community specialist diabetes nursing team and to other healthcare
professionals within Nottingham City in relation to nutrition and diabetes advice. To support strategic developments
within the community diabetes nursing team and the Nottingham City Diabetes Service To maintain, develop and provide
education and training on diabetes and related co- morbidities to health care professionals, other relevant professions,
students, patients and the public. Dimensions To be the dietetic lead within the integrated community diabetes team
