About the Role

Take and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation Perform phlebotomy,

urinalysis, and assist with wound care Support chronic disease management reviews (e.g., diabetes, asthma) Conduct NHS

Health Checks and provide lifestyle advice Update patient records accurately using EMIS Prepare clinical rooms and

maintain stock levels Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and administrative staff Assist with patient recalls and

appointment scheduling
