About the Role

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) who has experience working with patients with communication &

swallowing difficulties to join our community service. This team provides input to patients, over a very small

geographical area, with a variety of conditions including progressive neurological diseases, stroke and dementia and

many skills are transferrable from working in a range of other settings.
