About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced renal nurse to play a central role in pioneering a new and innovative

Accelerated Kidney Care Pathway. As part of our Advanced Kidney Care team, you will help shape a pilot service designed

to support people living with chronic kidney disease who present late to renal services and require timely preparation

for renal replacement therapy (RRT).

You will work autonomously, using your specialist knowledge to deliver high quality, person centred education and
