About the Role

Deliver person centred care including; planning, assessment, treatment and evaluation of appropriate clinical

interventions within a speciality and generic caseload. Travelling to and running nurse-led clinics in Canterbury Renal

Outpatients Department and Satellite Renal Units across East and West Kent. IV iron administration Giving IM Hep B

vaccinations Starting patients on home-based anaemia treatments (Erythropoeisis Stimulating Agents and HIF-PH

inhibitors) Delivering ASK consultations - providing clear, concise education & support to patients to facilitate

informed decision making regarding their future treatment choices. Assisting in group educations for patient + carers
