Advanced Nurse Practitioner 30-37.5 hours

About the Role

Th post holder is an experienced nurse who, acting within professional boundaries, will provide care to patients from

initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. To work as part of a clinical

team which includes GP's in managing acute daily demand. To work collaboratively with the practice team to meet the

needs of the patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and to develop a leadership role within an area

of clinical practice.
