About the Role

Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner passionate about delivering high-quality, same-day patient care at the front

line of primary care? Were looking for a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative,

multidisciplinary team. Working under the professional supervision of our Chief Medical Officer (GP), youll be the first

point of contact for adult patients presenting with acute illness or undifferentiated symptoms - helping people access

timely, effective, and person-centred care within a 15-minute appointment model. Youll work alongside GPs,

Physiotherapists, Clinical Pharmacists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Social Prescribers, and other allied
