Advanced Clinical Practitioner Are you an Advanced Clinical Practitioner? Primary Care 24 (PC24) are excited to share

that we are looking for an ACP to work within our GP Practices in Primary Care. We have shifts available throughout all

of Sefton. Salary: £32.06 per hour Location: Cluster 1 15 Sefton rd.,Litherland, Seaforth, Netherton health centre.

Cluster 2 Maghull, Hightown, Thornton Health centre, Crosby/Crossways, North Park. What will I be doing You will

undertake comprehensive health assessments both face to face and over the telephone, including adults and paediatrics;

practicing autonomously whilst demonstrating a person-centred approach to care delivery. Withing your professional
