JOB TITLE: ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER/NURSE MANAGER JOB HOLDER: REPORTS TO: THE PRACTICE MANAGER (Administratively)

PARTNERS (Clinically) HOURS: Job Summary: The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will act autonomously within their

professional scope of practice providing care for patients presenting with minor and acute illness and injury, working

with the GPs to support same day demand and acute care needs of the patients. This will be via face to face, video,

telephone and e-consultations. The postholder will operate within their own sphere of competence and agreed acceptable

limits of practice to provide expert professional clinical advice to patients, carers and colleagues, ensuring clinical
