About the Role

- Provide autonomous clinical assessment, treatment and onward referral within scope of practice. - Safely prescribe

medication in line with national and local guidelines. - Offer high-quality, person-centred care to patients presenting

with acute and chronic conditions. - Support the Duty Team with urgent care demand. - Maintain accurate, concise

clinical documentation. - Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. NHS Pension Scheme membership is
