About the Role
responsible for the day to day clinical leadership supervision and support of a group of nurses including training and
development plan and evaluate clinical care respond to local and national policies and initiatives as appropriate
assessing the impact on quality of care undertake and support nursing audits participate in research based projects as
appropriate to enhance patient care and advance knowledge Maintain a high standard of professional practice and
competence in keeping with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and scope of professional practice
