About the Role

Operational Responsibilities A. CLINICAL ROLE: The post-holder will: Work autonomously to provide direct access for the

general practice population in dedicated ANP clinics, either as a face to face appointment or via the telephone & video

call. Provide a first point of contact within the Practice for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed

problems, making use of skills in history taking, physical examination, problem solving and clinical decision making, to

establish a diagnosis and management plan. Support, on a rota basis, the triage of daily requests from patients and

providing immediate decision making and or redirection of patient to most appropriate clinician with appropriate
