About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated clinically experience pharmacist to lead and

further develop the well-established 7-day pharmacy service at the front door

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist with extensive clinical pharmacy knowledge, to come and deliver best

practice and patient centered care .

You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of pharmaceutical care from the Emergency department to the acute

medical units or medical wards, to facilitate smooth and rapid admissions and discharges.
