About the Role

Do you enjoy making a difference to patient care?

We are looking for a dynamic, organised and highly motivated individual to be part of the anticoagulation team and play

a key role in anticoagulation stewardship.

You will provide expert leadership, advice and guidance relating to the safe use of anticoagulation, including when

patients move between health-care settings or home. The post-holder will work with key stakeholders locally, regionally

and nationally to deliver patient safety and system wide initiatives.
