About the Role
Main responsibilities Clinical - Independently triage, assess, evaluate, and diagnose patients with highly complex
disorders and possible multiple pathologies using advanced critical thinking, expert clinical and diagnostic reasoning
skills including instigating appropriate clinical investigations and interpreting results to enable the development of
immediate management plan which will meet the physical and psychological needs of the patient and family. - Be able to
justify clinically referrals to other specialist services. This will include referral to acute and specialist services
such as surgical orthopaedics, rheumatology and neurology, other AHP services, nursing services and to the primary care
