We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive Out of Hours/GP

Hub service in Hereford. This is a predominantly face-to-face clinical role, providing high-quality urgent primary care

to patients during across the week, primarily evening nights and weekends.
