About the Role

The community chronic pain service supports people with chronic pain to achieve long-term self-management, empowering

people to live well. The post holder will take a lead role within the service , demonstrating highly specialised

clinical practice across the 4 pillars of advance practice and leading the delivery of clinical care within Kent

Prisons.
