Advanced Practitioner Specialist Palliative Care

About the Role

JOB OVERVIEW

Working within the scope of advanced practice the post holder will be an integral part of the Supportive & Palliative

Care Team (SPCT) providing expert advice, holistic assessment and management of palliative care needs for adult patients

with life limiting conditions. They will lead on and deliver a comprehensive education programme to non-palliative care

specialists to support the provision of safe and high quality care and to improve patient outcomes and reduced length of

stay.
