About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be required to work as a member of the Community Forensic Adult Learning Disability Service within
the Mental Health and Disability Directorate. The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team. The Post holder
will be responsible for managing and independently providing a Trust wide highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy
Service to an identified forensic caseload. The post will also involve working with service users who are known to the
Trust’s Forensic Service and who may require support with communication and swallowing difficulties. The post holder
