About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Urgent Care service

within the out of hours (OOH) period both during the week and on weekends across the Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire

locality.

*Updated rates of pay effective from February 2026* with part and full time rota patterns available.

Working from our  Chippenham Headquarters and/or from one of our Primary Care Centres, a s an Independent, autonomous

Prescribing Clinician you will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and timely care to those
