About the Role

Further to recent organisational growth, we have an exciting opportunity for independent, autonomous Prescribing

Clinicians to support our Urgent Care service within the out-of-hours (OOH) period, both during the week and on

weekends, to join our forward-thinking team in  Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.

Based in our Telford Headquarters , as an Independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinician, you will work as part of our

multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and timely care to those accessing our Integrated Urgent Care Service, providing

a variety of shift opportunities to include:
