About the Role
Initial assessment of new referrals that have been triaged onto theircaseload in-line with assessment protocols. Complex
service users to be discussed with Registered AHP to establishmanagement plan. Participate in the day to day running of
the Therapy programme andprovision, maintaining administrative processes, and monitoringresources and equipment.
Independently leading small groups, exercise and educationprogrammes and participating in meaningful activities with
serviceusers within the unit. To complete competency framework in the local area to be able topractice autonomously
within scope and range of the role. Maintain a professional portfolio which identifies role and skilldevelopments
