About the Role

The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist advice on managing all age safeguarding matters within the

organisation, working in partnership with social care colleagues across all ages.

The post holder will coordinate safeguarding procedures, being line managed by the Lead Professional for Adult

Safeguarding but also reporting to the Named Nurses for Safeguarding Children.

Represent the Trust when working with multi-agencies and to be an advisor for all safeguarding related themes, including

the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Domestic Abuse (including MARAC), promoting Making
