An exciting opportunity has arisen for a therapy assistant practitioner (TAP) to join the Hospital at Home Team in NHS

Forth Valley . This multidisciplinary team provides short term targeted interventions across the Forth Valley wide area

for acutely unwell frail adults living in the community.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will provide support to the allied health professional

working within the team, namely, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. The successful applicant will work under
