About the Role
The post holder will be part of the Croydon 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service; working independently to manage a
designated complex caseload of children and young people attending the Alternative provisions (AP), Not in Education
Employment or Training (NEET) and home-educated children across the Borough.
The post holder will carry individual cases of children needing direct support and monitoring including safeguarding
concerns. The post holder will work closely with children, young people, parents/carers and staff within the AP staff in
planning interventions and supporting referral to other agencies where necessary.
