(NRES) Neighbourhood to deliver high-quality, same-day care to our patients. We're looking for an experienced Advanced

Nurse Practitioner to join our Neighbourhood Access Service, part of the innovative New Models Programme. You'll work

autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team within primary care to provide expert assessment, diagnosis,

treatment, and evaluation for patients presenting with minor illness, acute conditions, and common general practice
