ANP/ACP

About the Role

We are looking for an ANP/ACP to work 20-38 hours per week to provide care for patients presenting with acute medical

problems. The ability to undertake LARC insertions is also desirable. Patient care: Provide comprehensive care,

including patient assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests. Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnose

and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications and therapies as needed. Care Plans: Develop and

implement individualised care plans, ensuring patients receive personalised and effective care. Preventive Care: Offer

preventive services such as immunisations, health screenings, and wellness counselling. Team Collaboration: Work closely
