Antenatal Clinic Lead Midwife
About the Role
Clinical Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth running on a day-to-day basis of full antenatal clinic services Provide
support, information, advocacy and referral to other agencies as required Participation in the care and investigation of
women with high-risk pregnancies who require further investigation. Liaise with obstetric and the wider
multidisciplinary team to ensure high-risk women receive personalised care. Provide specialist clinical care and advice
to maternity staff within the unit and, to others within the community. Liaise with others within the multidisciplinary
team, e.g. Diabetic Service, Safeguarding team, Antenatal and Neonatal screening specialist midwife, Neonatal team,
