About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Anticoagulation Nurse to work as a member of the Anticoagulation Team

within the Pathology Department. As a valuable team member you will carry out the analysis and interpretation of

technical investigations of clinical samples in order to dose patients according to the current guidelines for

anticoagulation.

You will be responsible for clinical assessment of patients – indications for therapy, the therapeutic ranges and

necessary duration of therapy. You will undertake Anticoagulation clinics in multiple settings including the hospital,
