About the Role

Cherryli Nursery is seeking an Apprentice Early Years Educator to support children's educational and welfare needs. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 qualification in Early Years and a passion for nurturing young children's development.

Responsibilities

• Plan structured activities based on children's IEP goals.
• Record session outcomes and link to EYFS standards.
• Communicate progress with parents through observations.
• Provide personal care and support for children.
• Facilitate child-centered learning experiences.

Requirements

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or 4+).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Patience and a non-judgmental approach.

Compensation

Starting salary of £14,722.50, with potential increases based on age and successful completion of probation.

Location & Schedule

Located at 40 Tyrwhitt Road, Brockley, London, SE4 1QG. Monday to Friday, 37 hours 30 minutes per week.
