The apprenticeship is a 39 month programme of work based learning that is directly related to the apprenticeship

standard. In addition, the apprenticeship has a mandatory 20% off-the-job learning which is provided as weekly day

release. The University-based Honours degree study is also linked to the Apprenticeship Standard. Successful applicants

will start as a theatre support worker (TSW) from June 2026 prior to the actual apprentice start date in September 2025.
