About the Role
As a Service Engineer, your main focus will be planned maintenance of security and nurse call installations, ensuring
systems stay fully operational and compliant. You will also:
• Carry out installations on new projects or system upgrades
• Diagnose and resolve system faults, both remotely and on-site
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and colleagues
• Keep accurate and detailed service records and update work orders in our management system
