About the Role
We are working with clients in the Cardiff area to recruit a Senior Support Worker for an innovative new Adolescent
Resource Centre (ARC) / Edge of Care Service for 11-17 year olds. The service focuses on supporting families and young
people to remain living safely at home, using a strength-based, person-centred approach.
As part of a growing Regional Service, you will work within an experienced team to provide flexible and responsive care,
including respite, intervention, outreach, and family support. The role involves working with young people and families
across the community, at their homes, and at our centres, delivering structured, evidence-based interventions to promote
