ARRS Clinical Pharmacist
About the Role
The Network Clinical Pharmacist will work as an integral part of the Chorley Central Primary Care Network
multidisciplinary team to improve the quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness of medicines use across our GP practices.
This is a key clinical role within the PCN, focusing on medicines optimisation, long-term condition management, and
reducing medication-related harm. Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and wider healthcare
professionals, the post holder will help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and evidence-based care. The post
holder will contribute to the achievement of Network Contract DES and Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets,
