About the Role

We are excited to offer an innovative opportunity to enhance primary care delivery to care homes in the borough of

Ealing. As a Care Home GP, you will value having dedicated time in your allocated care homes to build relationships with

residents and staff and provide consistent, high-quality care. This is far more enjoyable than the pressures of ad-hoc

care home visits which you may have experienced in other roles! Trust us on this, we have experienced that too.

As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will receive robust support from fellow GPs and an experienced

group of nurses, including advanced nurse practitioners, prescribing pharmacists, and administrators.
