Job Title: Arrhythmia Specialist Nurse Development Role (Band 6 progressing to Band 7 upon completion of agreed
competencies and prescribing qualification) Department: Cardiology & Arrhythmia Services Location: GHNHSFT Reports to:
Lead Arrhythmia Nurse Specialist / Cardiology Matron Job Summary: The post holder will work as part of the specialist
arrhythmia nursing team within the cardiology service to support the management of patients with cardiac rhythm
disturbances. This Band 6 role is a developmental post with a clear progression pathway to Band 7 once the post holder
has completed the Independent Non-Medical Prescribing course and demonstrated competence in advanced arrhythmia care as
