About the Role

people experiencing homelessness in Bristol?
The Bristol Rough Sleeping Prevention Service provides a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to
sleep rough. Our work is ongoing, and we are currently looking for someone to join our team as an Assessment and
Reconnection Worker. In these roles you will:
