About the Role

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery: Work closely with the operational team and clinicians to ensure the safe and

efficient delivery of the service. Supports clinical triage of referrals if the need arises. Education & Training:

Organise and support the delivery of educational sessions for our clinicians and HCPs in Haringey and Islington. Attend

and support the delivery of bi-monthly menopause meetings and share the learning with the wider team. Clinical

Governance & Quality Improvement: : Provide feedback to clinicians in a supportive and collaborative manner (quarterly

patient feedback, consultation audits, follow up rates) Complaints and Incident Management: Supports the investigation
