About the Role
We're searching for an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team,. This is a pivotal role in ensuring
the highest standards of nursing practice across our Community Mental Health Service Line.
Within the Community Mental Health Service Line, you'll work closely with the Deputy Director of Community and Urgent
Care Mental Health Services and Head of Operations, in the delivery of the highest standard/quality of care for users of
our service. Your leadership will be central to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and providing
motivational guidance to our clinical teams. With your support, we aim to create an organisational climate where every
