About the Role
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, AHP & Clinical Professions you will be highly visible and accountable to the
Divisional Director of Nursing and Divisional triumvirate You'll work to ensure the provision of high quality, evidence
based, responsive services that hold the needs of the patient at the centre of care delivery. Your responsibilities will
include: Provision of professional and managerial leadership across a care group focusing on delivering the Trust
Nursing, Midwifery, AHP and Healthcare Scientist strategy and the development and implementation of divisional
priorities aligned to the corporate objectives and national/local policy. Core accountabilities include: Professional
