About the Role
KEY DUTIES The post holder will be expected to be required to take responsibility for providing overall management
support to a specific service or specific staff within services on behalf of the Directorate Manager, Deputy Directorate
Manager or Associate Directorate Manager. Utilising effective change management, people management and project
management skills to support the implementation of projects across the various specialties within the Division.
Supporting the Directorate Manager, Deputy Directorate Manager or Associate Directorate Manager with performance and
access management systems to ensure services meet agreed service specification including waiting times and other local
