Responsibilities

• Analyze cost drivers and trends for sustainable models.
• Prepare month-end management accounts and forecasts.

• Participate in developing business case proposals.
• Act as a financial representative in senior management teams.
• Manage a small team of management accountants.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to educate and train non-finance colleagues.
• Attention to detail and performance scrutiny.
• Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
