About the Role
The Assistant Head – Safeguarding role is ideal for a dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic person with proven
experience in school middle leadership. This senior post will join an experienced and flexible team, whose portfolios
are reviewed annually to ensure ongoing professional development and shared expertise.
The successful candidate will oversee safeguarding provision in the Senior School, taking on a highly strategic role as
well as managing active cases and overseeing the work of the rest of the safeguarding team in this part of the College.
They will also oversee the area of the college most closely aligned with safeguarding – the state-of-the-art Wellness
