About the Role
The Governors of Wyke Regis Primary Federation are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate leader as Assistant
Head at the Junior School due to the promotion of our current postholder. The successful candidate will take up post in
September 2026. This is an exciting time to join the Senior Leadership Team, with the current Head of Federation
retiring. The role is part of the SLT and based primarily at the Junior site; but also involves working across both of
our Federation schools. We are very proud of the way the Federation has evolved over the last few years and of the hard
working and dedicated staff teams we have in both schools. Both schools were graded ‘Good’ at last inspections.
