The Assistant Locality Manager will support the manager and their team of Support Workers in a variety of ways -
delivering the highest possible care to the people we support, ensuring compliance to organisational policies and
procedures assisting with rota planning and shift management, using different IT Systems to ensure full compliance in
H&S checks managing their time effectively across two locations working alongside the Locality Manager to ensure that
