About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Assistant Manager to join our Pathways Department. This is an exciting

opportunity for a professional who is passionate about education, employer engagement, and delivering high-quality

work-based learning provision that makes a measurable difference to learners and employers.Scale SO2, Points 35 - 40,

£41,272 - £46,697 per annum.37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and

weekends).Contract: Permanent, full time.About you: Our ideal candidate will have a Level 6 qualification (Degree or

equivalent) and experience of co-ordinating staff. You should also be IT literate equivalent to level 2 and hold level 2
