Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Director in daily operations and educational standards.
- Assist in developing a high-quality curriculum for children.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff for team cohesion.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and payroll.
- Manage operational records and support financial planning.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in educational excellence and curriculum development.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols.
