Responsibilities
- Deliver bedside education to nursing staff.
- Support professional development of lead nurses.
- Foster a culture of dynamic leadership.
- Address educational needs within the division.
- Collaborate with the Senior Nursing Team.
Requirements
- Registered Sick Children’s Nurse (RSCN) or RN (Child Branch).
- Extensive paediatric experience in relevant fields.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively.

Location & Schedule
This position is based in Bristol, working 37.5 hours per week until January 2026, then 15 hours per week until January 2027.
