An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time assistant patient pathway coordinator to join our Audiology, ENT and

Oral Services Administration team.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will support clinicians and management team with providing efficient and

timely patient care

1. Process and log all referrals, including paper and Choose and Book, in line with Trust Access Policy and speciality

SOP.
